VIP Members will receive a email reminding them their monthly $29.98 is due. Reminder emails are sent out 1 day before The VIP Member is charged for their subscription with the option to cancel at any time in your billing settings or phone support or email support.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us. However, we cannot refund previous monthly subscription charges.
